HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — If you're a foodie, you have one more day to indulge in the annual 'Huntsville Restaurant Week'!

Local restaurant, food truck, and brewery owners have teamed up to offer unique items on their menus. The goal is to get visitors and locals to try different restaurants.

Folks at Honest Coffee Roasters say now more than ever - it's important to support these businesses.

The restaurant industry has been hit hard during the pandemic.

"It's been really fun, seeing all of the different restaurants who are participating. We partnered with Mason Dixon which is a local gluten free bakery for our 'Restaurant Week' special, and we actually also met a local vegan baker - 'Crumb Bites Bakery'," says Honest Coffee Roasters Shift Lead, Caleb Setzer.

Setzer says business has been busy for Honest this week. 'We actually have done really well with the 'Restaurant Week Special'. People are willing to try it. We had a 'Blackberry Ameri-Cola'. So it was a coffee-soda essentially."

The event is happening all throughout Madison County. For a list of participating restaurants, click here.
