DECATUR, Ala. — A collision involving a motorcycle and a car on Somerville Road SE has left a motorcyclist critically injured. The crash happened yesterday evening around 7:57 p.m.
According to Decatur Police Department, a vehicle traveling southbound collided with a motorcycle traveling northbound on Somerville Road. Upon arrival, responders found the motorcyclist in critical condition. The motorcyclist was airlifted to Huntsville Hospital for treatment. No additional injuries were reported from the crash.
Decatur Police are continuing their investigation.
