HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — The Rocket City Trash Pandas are gearing up for their fifth season of baseball in 2025 and are looking to hire new staff to enhance the ballpark experience at Toyota Field. The team will host a gameday job fair on two separate dates in January for those interested in joining the Trash Pandas crew.
The job fair will take place on Thursday, January 16, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., and again on Saturday, January 18, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Toyota Field.
The Trash Pandas are seeking energetic, passionate, and enthusiastic individuals to fill a wide range of positions for both home games and non-baseball events. The roles are designed to help create the best ballpark experience in Minor League Baseball.
Available positions include:
- Food and Beverage (Bartenders, Cooks, Concessions, Suite Attendants)
- Ushers and Ticket Takers
- Promotions Staff and Performers
- In-Venue Amusements Staff
- Box Office Ticket Sellers
- Production Staff
- Merchandise Sales Associates
- Parking Lot Attendants
- Security Staff
- Guest Services
- Grounds Crew
Candidates must be at least 16 years old and legally eligible to work. During the job fair, applicants can interview for up to three positions. Each interview will last approximately 5-10 minutes. Applicants not hired for one of their top choices may be offered a position in a different department.
Important: All applicants must complete a job application before attending the interview. Applications can be downloaded in advance via the team’s website, and forms will also be available on-site. For those applying for multiple positions, job preference sheets will be provided.
The Trash Pandas’ 2025 season begins on Friday, April 4, with a home game against the Chattanooga Lookouts.
In addition to the baseball season, Toyota Field will also host other events this spring, including a University of North Alabama vs. Army baseball series from February 14-16 and the inaugural Rocket City Softball Showcase from February 19-24.
