18-year-old Zackary Austin Harbin and 19-year-old Madison Lynn Eagan are charged with Capital Murder. They’re accused of causing the death of a 19-day-old infant.
Investigators say the infant was taken to the Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Huntsville on July 5th. Suspicious bruising and possible head trauma was found on the baby according to reports. Harbin and Eagan were each originally arrested for Domestic Violence.
The infant later died at the hospital. That’s when their charges were upgraded.
