HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Ken was born and raised in the South Park area of Houston, TX. He got his start in production working on his middle school newscast as a producer and knew he wanted to be in television forever. He received his undergraduate degree at Texas Southern University where he worked as a segment producer for TSU-TV and a production assistant at ESPN Radio.
After undergrad, he got into acting, performing in local theater performances before moving to Los Angeles to take an opportunity with FOX Sports Radio. It was this experience plus the time with the Los Angeles Sparks that pushed to step out and become a reporter.
He recently graduated with his Master's in Journalism from the University of Southern California where he worked primarily in the sports department and later got interested in community news.
FUN FACT: He's a Twin and is a HUGE fan of Harry Potter
