Russellville Police Department is searching for a man wanted in three states. According to police, Billy Joe Williams, who may be using the name Jerry Williams as a stolen identity, is wanted for felony charges. Authorities have also issued warrants for him in:
- Georgia: Charges include Robbery by Force, Aggravated Assault, Exploitation and intimidation of disabled adults, elders, or residents, and Giving False Information to a Law Enforcement Officer.
- Mississippi: He faces a Probation Violation for Aggravated Assault.
