Dublin Park's outdoor pool temporarily closed after employee tests positive for COVID-19

The pool has temporarily closed due to an employee testing positive for COVID-19.

MADISON, Ala. — Dublin Park's outdoor pool in Madison has been temporarily closed until Aug. 3 after an employee tested positive for COVID-19.

The City issued the following statement regarding the closure:

"Following an asymptomatic employee's positive COVID19 case, Dublin Park's outdoor pool is now closed to the public until Monday, August 3rd. The Parks and Recreation department will work diligently to sanitize all areas of locker rooms and pool equipment.  Employees who came in contact with the positive case will also be tested and quarantined until test results are received.”
