Rodney Smith Jr., the founder of Raising Men Lawn Care Service, is being recognized by Hardee’s as one of the nations “All Stars.” The All Star Program was created to recognize people who are making a difference.

They are giving him a donation to help even more people in need and to do even more good.

Raising Men Lawn Care Service is a non-profit that gets youth across the country to sign up for a 50-yard challenge of mowing 50 lawns for those in need. Smith had been looking for a cause or a calling, he said, and the experience clicked….. now his efforts are being rewarded in a major way.

Smith set out to travel to all 50 states to mow lawns for those in need. In July, Smith met his initial goal of reaching all 50, and now plans to continue his efforts by asking people from across the nation to post on Twitter where there are individuals in need of his organization’s service.

Only five people were recognized as Hardee’s All Stars across the nation.
