A beloved Huntsville summer tradition, Concerts in the Park returns to Huntsville Museum of Art’s outdoor stage in Big Spring International Park on Monday, June 6th, and will run through Monday, August 8th. The concerts are FREE to the public, and local food trucks and vendors will be onsite, offering a diverse array of local tastes.

The City of Madison Star Spangled Celebration is back! The event is free to attend, and there will be inflatables, live music, food vendors, and fireworks at the end of the night. A free shuttle service will be provided to and from Bob Jones High School for the event.

Decatur
The Spirit of America Festival celebrates America’s heritage and birthday every Fourth of July. It is one of the largest free Independence Day celebrations in the state. The event offers family games, summertime field competitions, live stage entertainment, unique demonstrations, sports tournaments, a host of food and craft vendors, booming fireworks, talent shows and presentation of the famous Audi Murphy Patriotism Award.

Red, White, & BOOM Fireworks Show
As darkness falls over Athens on July 4th the sky will burst with brilliant colors and glisten with sparkling streamers heralding our Nation’s victory for independence. This annual fireworks display is nestled in the Athens Football Stadium (100 U.S. Highway 31N in Athens) with rockets aimed skyward for an amazing show visible from surrounding spaces like Athens Park and Recreation Center, Central Church of Christ and other adjacent areas.

Singing River Media Group and the City of Florence are excited to announce that the “39th Spirit of Freedom Celebration” will kick off Independence Weekend in McFarland Park with fireworks and live music on Friday, July 1, 2022. The patriotic celebration will start with a live music lineup at 3:00 pm featuring a special guest headliner at 8:00 pm. The fireworks show will follow at 9:00 pm.
