HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Alabama A&M University announced today that head football coach Connell Maynor is out.
In a statement on the school's website, Director of Athletics Dr. Paul A. Bryant said there will be a change in leadership for the AAMU football program and Coach Connell Maynor has been relieved from his duties, effective immediately. A national search for the program's next head coach will begin immediately as well..
"We want to thank Connell Maynor for his seven seasons at Alabama A&M University," Bryant said "We wish him well in all his future endeavors."
