HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Not all art hangs in galleries or museums. On Saturday, August 24, you can see art in local homes, possibly inspiring you to make or collect art of your own.
From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., five homeowners and art enthusiasts will open their homes to the public to show their collections. The homes featured include:
- The Madison home of Michael Johnson
- The Madison home of Darla and Tim Malueg
- The Madison home of Kathi and Norm Tew
- The Providence home of Kathryn and Steve Powers
- The Providence home of Jayne and Rick Zampelli
You can begin the self-guided tour at any of the homes with the addresses available at artshuntsville.org.
Tickets are $20 and available for purchase in advance online through TicketSpice or on the day of the tour at the first house you visit, with exact cash.
