MADISON, Alabama — BJ's Wholesale Club's first Alabama location held its grand opening Friday, just in time for Thanksgiving savings, offering shoppers a free turkey. FOX54 got a sneak peek inside before opening day.
The store's External Communication Senior Manager Briana Keene said they are all about providing a one-stop shop for families. "Right now through November 9, there's a special founding member offer where shoppers can join as a member for only $55 a year with the club card membership and receive a $40 reward plus more than $40 worth of coupons."
That is not the only deal available. "We have a tradition here right before the holidays where we offer our members a free turkey promotion. So our Madison members can actually take advantage of that free turkey offer November 10th through the 12th this weekend, right when the club doors open and when they spend $150 and one transaction, whether online or in club, they'll receive a free turkey," said Keene.
Curbside pickup is also available. "So when you're in a rush, curbside pickup is the way to go."
The store also has a full deli, paper products, fresh produce, and clothing. "This is actually one of our own brands right here. So we really pride ourselves on the unbeatable value, but great quality as well in all of our own brands."
