CAVA offers sneak preview of Town Madison restaurant with free meal, charity benefit

Proceeds from credit card donations will be doubled and donated to HATCH Workforce Training Program.

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Mediterranean restaurant chain CAVA is offering North Alabamians a sneak preview of its menu with a combined free food event and benefit for a Huntsville-area workforce training program. Reservations are now open for Thursday's grand opening preview of CAVA's Town Madison location.

Those interested can select a 15-minute window with which to get a free serving from CAVA's lunch or dinner menu. Organizers promise there will be plenty of hummus to go around.

CAVA says there will be bowls and pitas available - one per person. A sample menu from their website includes items such as balsamic date chicken bowls, crispy falafel pita wraps, and freshly-made juice blends.

As part of the festivities, CAVA is pledging to match all credit card donations up to $1,000, which will be given to the HATCH Workforce Training Program. Their eight-week job training program combines life skills workshops and industry-standard culinary and hospitality training to empower youth ages 18-24 to lead self-sufficient lives.

Remember - all the food on offer Thursday is free. There are 15-minute windows between 10:45 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. to select from. Digital tickets must be presented to gain admittance.

CAVA Town Madison is located at 101 Outfield Drive, Suite B.

Earlier this month, the operators of Clift Farm announced a CAVA location will be opening there later this year. It was one of 12 new brands coming to their mixed-use development.

HATCH is currently accepting applicants for its job training program. Click here for more information and to apply online.
