HUNTSVILLE, Alabama — A new Community Empowerment Entrepreneur and Education Center will be coming to Huntsville in early October.
The center is a collaboration between CNI Solutions of Huntsville, CO.STARTERS and Oakwood University.
CNI said the center will provide three programs to help provide opportunities to the Huntsville community.
According to CNI, the three programs are the following:
LaunchIt
CNI said that LaunchIt is a program that uses CO.STARTERS curriculum that is geared towards training women to become entrepreneurs.
New Beginnings
New Beginnings is a program to provide support and guidance to formerly incarcerated persons regarding workforce reentry, life skills and entrepreneurship, according to CNI.
Journey
According to CNI, Journey is a program designed to support previous substance abusers with tools, training and resources for the workforce.

"Our partnership will widen the range of learning to encourage the hope and confidence needed to start a business or rejoin the workforce. We know that together we can truly make a difference and bring change to the Huntsville community."
