Decatur Police investigation underway after gas station shooting leaves two injured

Both victims were taken to Huntsville Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Decatur Police are conducting an investigation after two people were shot at a gas station. 

According to the Decatur Police Department, officers responded to the Chevron gas station, located at 1029 Danville Rd. SW, in reference to a shooting Sunday night at approximately 8:43 p.m. 

When police arrived, they found that two people had been shot. Both were taken to Huntsville Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. DPD also shares an occupied vehicle and an occupied residence had been hit by bullets

No information on a possible suspect has been released.
