HARTSELLE, Ala. — The annual Depot Days Festival is set to bring a full day of family-friendly fun to historic downtown Hartselle on Saturday, September 21. Hosted by the Hartselle Area Chamber of Commerce and presented by Decatur Morgan Hospital, this free event celebrates the region's rich railroad history.

This year’s festival will feature an art show and craft vendors, providing visitors with the chance to explore local artists' and artisans' work. Those going can discover unique handmade items, thoughtful gifts, and personal keepsakes.

Festival highlights include the Car, Truck, and Motorcycle Show, showcasing a range of classic and modern vehicles. New to this year’s festivities are the Depot Days Beauty Pageant and the Depot Days 5K, both taking place on September 14. The beauty pageant will spotlight contestants in various age categories, while the 5K offers a scenic run through the Hartselle Civic Center grounds. Additionally, a special Worship Night will be held on Sunday, September 15, at 6 p.m.

The festival will feature live music from top local artists and bands, creating a vibrant atmosphere throughout the grounds. The Children’s Area Stage will host performances by the Hartselle Tiger Paws and other local entertainers, ensuring fun for younger attendees.
