FLORENCE, Ala. — The Florence Police Department is asking for assistance in locating 69-year-old Clarence Evans Spann. According to the FPD, Spann was last seen on Sept. 20, 2024, around 9 p.m. in the Sweetwater Avenue area of Florence. He may be living with a condition that could impair his judgment.
Spann is described as a Black male, last seen wearing a hunter green shirt, blue jeans, and tan sandals. He also has a chest tattoo that says "Renee."
