Florence police seek tips regarding teen missing since April

Police have few public details to hand regarding the disappearance of a 16-year-old Florence girl, and are asking the public to come forward with tips that may lead to her safe return.

Florence Police say Lidia Nohemi Rivera was last seen on April 7. In a flyer distributed by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Community Information Center, Rivera left the area of Belview Rd. on that date and has not been heard from since.

It is not known where she was headed from that area. Belview Rd. is south of Cox Creek Pkwy. and Deibert Park.

Rivera is 5'3" tall and weighs approximately 105 lbs. She has black hair and brown eyes.
