HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — According to court documents, a former employee of Huntsville City Schools has been indicted and apprehended on charges related to inappropriate sexual conduct with a student. Duane Edward Yarbrough is charged with engaging in sexual acts or deviant intercourse with a student while employed by the school, as well as having sexual contact with a student under the age of 19.
Yarbrough was arrested on Sunday. According to jail records, Yarbrough was released from Madison County Jail just three hours after his initial booking on Sunday, February 4, with a bond set at $15,000.
