MADISON COUNTY, ALABAMA, Ala. — Students in the Madison County Schools horticulture program thought that all the time they spent growing plants and working on projects was for nothing when COVID-19 ended their in-person school year.
However, several teachers and administrators picked up where the students had to leave off and worked to keep those plants alive
Wednesday, May 6, from 9:00 am-11:00 am, the hard work of those students and teachers will pay off and the items will go on sale to the public.
The sale is at the Madison County Career Technical Center at 1275 Jordan Road, next door to the Central Office.
Social distancing measures will be in place and staff will show people where to park.
The sale supports the Madison County Schools Horticultural Program.
