Gyms are just another business adapting to the pandemic.

24/7 Health Club in Huntsville and Harvest is now offering classes online and renting out equipment. They've also created a new app  with work outs their members can follow.

Many gyms are getting backlash for charging memberships while they're closed. 24/7 Health Club says they're doing what they can to pay employees, stay afloat, and accommodate their members.

"We're giving them free services, you know, services that normally we would sell anywhere from $99 to $200, we're letting them chose a service that they want to participate in. We're doing that just for free as our thank you to them," said 24/7 Health Club Executive Manager, Karrah Freda. "We are also giving them the option if you'd prefer just to have your membership credited."

They say they're working with members who have lost their jobs due to the pandemic.
