HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — This weekend has some events to keep in mind! 

27th Annual Redstone Arsenal Oktoberfest - Takes place at the MWR Activity Field in Huntsville from September 13-15, with hours varying each day. Enjoy rides, live music, food, and a meet-and-greet with FOX54 Chief Meteorologist Jordan Dressman, who will be handing out swag. Admission is $15 for parking and live music or $25 for parking and unlimited rides.

Guided Hike at Green Mountain North - Join the Land Trust of North Alabama for a hike at Green Mountain Nature Preserve on Saturday, September 14, from 9 a.m. to noon.

Ice Cream and Info -The Kidtopia Playground Association, Inc. invites everyone to a special Ice Cream Social on September 15 from 2 to 4 p.m.

Eras Sing-Along and Dance Party (Decatur) -  Taylor Swift-themed party on Friday, September 13, from 6 to 8 p.m., featuring a sing-along and dance party. 

International Observe the Moon Night - Explore lunar science and enjoy stargazing on Saturday, September 14, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Davidson Center, U.S. Space & Rocket Center. 

Yoga by the River - Every Saturday in September from 8 to 9 a.m. at Hays Nature Preserve.

NALZS Kids Festival (Decatur) - 3rd Annual Kids Festival, hosted by Calhoun Community College, on Saturday. The event is free to attend and runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

City Lights & Stars Concert Series - Burritt on the Mountain's 31st annual City Lights & Stars Concert Series continues on select Fridays through September 20.

Health is Wealth Community Health Fair - A community health fair will be held on September 14 at 10 a.m., offering health screenings, a blood drive, and interactions with medical professionals and non-profit organizations. The event will also feature free food, games, prizes, and live music.

Concerts on the Dock - The Fall Concerts on the Dock series continues tonight, September 13, featuring Robby Eichman as the opening act and City Vibes as the closing act. The series, held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. 

Jazz in the Park - The City of Huntsville’s Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion presents week three of Jazz in the Park-Huntsville 2024 on Sunday, Sept. 15, from 5-9 p.m. at Big Spring Park East. 

Festifall - At Huntsville Botanical Garden from September through October during regular garden hours. Enjoy scenic fall displays, creative pumpkin arrangements, and the whimsical Scarecrow Trail, with activities included in general admission and free for members.

Outdoor Market - Every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., running from May 4 through October 26 at Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment. 

Nina & Pinta Replica Ships - The Niña and Pinta will dock at Ditto Landing Marina in Huntsville starting Friday, August 23, 2024, offering self-guided tours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily through September 8. Visitors are invited to step back in time and explore these historic ships. 

Parent's Night Out - Parents can enjoy a night out while their kids have fun at a supervised climbing event, held on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. The "Parents' Night Out" runs from 6 to 8 p.m. 

The Market at MidCity - Every Sunday until November 10, from noon to 4 p.m., featuring 50 local vendors.

A Journey into Imagimation Exhibit - Showcasing over 100 years of global animation art! Explore this experience at the Huntsville Museum of Art from July 12 to September 29. 

Fun Fridays with P&L - Fun Fridays with Piper & Leaf, happening every Friday from April 26 to October 25, from 4 to 8 p.m. Enjoy an evening of activities, refreshments, and entertainment each week.

Rocket City Bluegrass Jam Weekly bluegrass jam on Sundays at Straight to Ale. Happening from 4 to 8 p.m. 

The Village of Providence Farmers and Artisans Market - Happening every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., the market season runs from April 6 to November 30.
