HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — With February being Heart Health Awareness Month, it's a great time to learn some heart-healthy exercises that you can do at home.
Monday, February 14 is the day of love but what's even more important is making sure that your heart is physically healthy. Aiyana Willoughby caught up with Miss Rose to learn a few moves to keep your heart healthy.
Miss Rose explained one of the exercises. "I basically have placed a kettlebell on the ground. What you can also do is take anything like a canned food or bottle of water and set that there. We're just using that as a tap, as a tapping point. Okay, so we begin by jumping out okay, and then we're going to alternate so tap on the left side. Jump in, jump out, tap on the right side."
