HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Huntsville International Airport has again been nominated for a USA Today 2021 10 Best Readers' Choice: Small Airport.
The airport won the honor in January 2020.
HSV is currently in 2nd place out of 19 nominees.
That's the same place that the airport was in last year with only 6 days remaining in the contest. Your votes can make the difference between 1st and 2nd place,
"Last year our community and North Alabama came together and voted so much in the final days that we moved into the #1 spot", said Jana Kuner, Huntsville International Airport PR Manager. "All of the credit goes to the people in our region who refuse to lose and we know that they will come together and vote in this same tremendous way again."
You can vote once per day from each of your devices and also help by sharing the contest with family and friends. Voting continues now through 12:00pm eastern on Monday, February 1 and a winner will be announced on February 12.
An expert panel with USA Today selected the airport to be included in the list. The public has four weeks to vote for their favorite from a list that includes:

Huntsville International Airport (HSV) was selected as the #1 Small Airport in the United States in January of 2020 after the voting process concluded last year. They are also once again the only airport in the state of Alabama to have been nominated for the honor.
