HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — A domestic-related shooting in Huntsville left one person injured, police reported.
The shooting took place Monday off Derrick Street. Huntsville Police confirmed that the victim sustained injuries that are not life-threatening.
According to Don Webster with HEMSI, the agency received the call about 11:46 a.m. and transported a man and a woman following the confrontation. The woman appeared to be injured, while the man had a gunshot wound.
