UPDATE: Police continue to look for suspect in 708 Bar and Grille shooting

The Huntsville shooting happened Sunday night just before 10:30pm.

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — The Huntsville Police Violent Crimes Unit has issued five first-degree assault warrants for 25-year-old Jatahj Malik Malcom stemming from the May 5 shooting at 708 Bar and Grille. Click here for the latest update.

UPDATE: A spokesperson for Huntsville police says that they are still looking for suspect or suspects in Sunday night's shooting at 708 Bar and Grille. While they did not get answers at the scene, investigators are still working hard to get more information.

The spokesperson says all five victims were male. Only one remains critical but stable since an overnight surgery and is expected to survive. The other four are in the process or will be released from the hospital soon. The ages of the victims range from 29-40 yrs. old and were all patrons of the business.

Huntsville police are investigating a Sunday night shooting at 708 Bar and Grille on Poplar Ave. A spokesperson for HPD said that there were a total of five victims. Huntsville Police says two of the five victims are currently in critical condition, and the other three are expected to be released from the hospital soon. 

The call came in just before 10:30pm. Huntsville police is still looking for a suspect and ask anyone with information to call HPD.
