WOODVILLE, Ala. — A three-car crash has claimed the life of a Huntsville teen. The wreck happened near Woodville in Jackson County Sunday morning, July 7.
According to ALEA, the 17-year-old was fatally injured when his car struck a truck driven by a New Hope man. The teen's car then struck a trailer attached to a truck driven my a Huntsville man.
ALEA says the teen was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash occurred on U.S. 72 near the 119 mile marker, approximately three miles west of Woodville, in Jackson County.
