HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — UPDATE: Huntsville Utilities says service has been restored to most of the customers in the previously reported area. However, there are some customers in the area of the intersection of Bishop Road and South View Drive that are still without service, and will not have service until crews complete their repairs.

The outage was caused by a tree that fell across power lines on Bishop Road.
