Limestone County Sheriff’s Office employee arrested for allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with inmate

According to LCSO, Tracy Shehorn, 56, was charged with custodial sexual misconduct and possession of a controlled substance.

LIMESTONE COUNTY, Ala. — An employee with the Limestone County Sheriff’s Office was arrested after having an alleged inappropriate relationship with an inmate.

According to LCSO, Tracy Shehorn, 56, was charged with custodial sexual misconduct and possession of a controlled substance.

After investigation, Shehorn was terminated from her position with the Sheriff's Office and has been released from the Limestone County Jail on a $12,500 bond. 

Limestone County Sheriff’s Office says they are continuing their investigating and more charges could be coming.
