HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Redstone Federal Credit Union customers are being told operations are now back to normal following a network issue earlier in the day Friday.
A notice on the credit union's homepage and social media accounts read, "We are experiencing network issues that are affecting online banking and the call center. Branch operations are currently limited. We are working diligently to fix the situation and apologize for the inconvenience."
At about 4:40 p.m., FOX54 received the following update from credit union officials:
"Redstone Federal Credit Union’s online banking, mobile app, and branch and drive-thru teller operations are now fully active. We had earlier experienced network issues that affected those services and others. We continue to work diligently to restore all services. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes our members and appreciate your patience."
