Madison City Schools virtual learning device pickup to take place early August

Madison City Schools will be conducting device pickups from July 30 through August 12.

MADISON, Ala. — Madison City Schools (MCS) has announced that its device pickup for virtual learning will take place in early August.

The district will be handing out Chromebooks and WiFi hotspots from July 30 through August 12. In order to pick up devices, families must sign up for a timeslot to ensure social distancing can take place. Timeslots are available from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The pickup will take place at the MCS Stadium, located at 211 Celtic Drive. The district is asking families to practice social distancing and to wear a mask while they pick up devices.
