Madison City Schools launches new tech support ticketing system as classes are held virtually

MADISON, Alabama — Madison City Schools has launched a new ticketing system to help respond to technology needs as classes are being held virtually.

The district is asking parents to parents to review the Schools Re-entry Information, which includes help to parents before they submit a ticket. The district also asks parents to refer to its FAQ section of its website.

The district also said it is aware that some families still need access to devices and asked parents to contact their child's teacher if they need a device.

"Our Technology staff has never worked harder, and we are dedicated to constant improvement," the district said.
