MORGAN COUNTY, Ala. — Two individuals have been arrested in a Morgan County drug bust in which 29 pounds of high-grade marijuana and THC edibles were seized by multiple agencies.
Jonathan K Freeman, 27, and Ashley Oneal Gildon, 26,were arrested and charged with trafficking marijuana and chemical endangerment of a child. The two are being held in the Morgan County Jail with a bond of $12,500 each.
The investigation was a collaboration between the Morgan County Sheriff's Drug Enforcement Unit, ALEA's Drug Enforcement Task Force, the North Alabama Drug Task Force and the United Postal Inspection Service.
