Man accused of tow truck driver's death ordered to relinquish access to guns

Warren Siao is charged with the murder of 38-year-old Jayson Click, co-owner of ACE Towing.

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — The man accused of shooting and killing a tow truck operator who was trying to possess a vehicle has been ordered to have no access to firearms by a Madison County judge. Warren Siao is charged with the Dec. 13 murder of Jayson Click.

Click was co-owner of Huntsville-based ACE Towing, LLC, and was out on a job at the time of his death, according to Click's wife in a social media post. Court documents show Siao was arrested at his Harvest home shortly after the shooting.

Madison County Coroner Tyler Berryhill confirmed 38-year-old Click died as a result of gunshot wounds.

Court records also show Siao has posted $60,000 bond and was released from the Madison County Jail.

He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on January 3.
