HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — The law firm of McCutcheon & Hamner continues their Wills for Warriors program this November with free simple wills, durable powers of attorney, and living wills to all veterans, active service members, first responders and local healthcare workers. The program, now in its sixth year, is underway and continues through the Thanksgiving weekend.

Partner Tom McCutcheon explains, “McCutcheon & Hamner is honored to have the opportunity to thank our local heroes through our Wills for Warriors program. Joel and I are proud to create a tradition of serving those who have served so much. This program also gives us the chance to meet so many hardworking, dedicated folks throughout our community.”

Fellow partner Joel Hamner says, “In these uncertain times, our community can always be certain of the tireless commitment our local healthcare workers, police officers, firefighters, and EMTs, along with members of our armed services, display each and every day, answering the call to protect and serve. We admire their dedication to do so without thought for their own safety. It is indeed an honor to stop and salute these local heroes for their selfless bravery.”

Veterans, active military personnel, first responders and their family members can contact McCutcheon & Hamner for more information by calling 256-333-5000, or clicking here.
