HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Pieology Pizza, a fast-casual pizzeria, has closed its location at Bridge Street Town Centre in Huntsville. The restaurant, which opened in 2015, was known for allowing customers to build their own personal pizzas with a variety of crusts, sauces, and toppings.
The chain, which originated in California in 2011, focuses on providing interactive dining experiences with options like housemade original thin crust, PieRise thick crust, cauliflower crust for vegetarians, and gluten-free crusts for those with dietary restrictions.
Although the Bridge Street location is now closed, Pieology still has a presence in Alabama, with a location in Montgomery at 1470 Taylor Road.
No details have been released regarding the reason for the closure or any potential plans for a new tenant at the Bridge Street location.
