FLORENCE, Ala. — The Florence Police Department reported a stalled 18-wheeler is causing significant traffic delays on Helton Drive and Huntsville Road on Wednesday morning. At 7:54 a.m., the department posted an alert about the heavy congestion.
The stalled truck is blocking the intersection, leading to severe delays for northbound traffic between Helton Drive and Veterans Drive.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area if possible and expect delays if traveling through this route.
