I've been blessed with a great army career with a lot of positive role models and mentors,  and so being asked to do this today with the  group of panelists and speakers we had,  it's just an honor to be able to for the next generation. I'm near the twilight of my career  to be able to give back and talk to people about what great career opportunities we've had  through the military and  through civilian jobs," she explained.

Brigadier-General Daphane Davis agrees that whether it be be as homemakers, CEOs, or anywhere in between,"... It is important for us to recognize the contribution of women in society.
