HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Easter Sunday is right around the corner! Hop around Huntsville and the Tennessee Valley this Easter weekend with these events:
Hang out with the Easter Bunny at the 4D Farm Bunny Patch from April 1 to April 3. Activities at the Bunny Patch include a roller coaster, cow train, tubing, swings, a low ropes course, 200 feet ziplines, 80 feet slides, jumping pillow, farm animals, hayrides and more.
Tickets can be bought online or at the gates.
The Camp is holding an adult easter egg hunt on April 3 starting at 6 p.m. There will be live music and the easter eggs will be filled with gift cards, event tickets and tasty treats!
Enjoy a day at the park on April 3 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for Hazel Green Athletic Association's Opening Day Easter Egg Hunt! Kids ages 6 and younger will start their egg hunt at 1 p.m. Kids ages 7 through 12 will start their egg hunt at 1:30 p.m.
The Huntsville Easter Jubilee will take place on April 3 at Burritt on the Mountain. Children are encouraged to bring Easter baskets and collect Easter eggs as they play at Burritt. Kids will be able to visit with the Easter Bunny and engage in other kid-friendly activities.
The Huntsville Ice Sports Center is holding an Easter Egg Hunt on April 3. The first egg hunt will go from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and a second will go from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. For more information, visit the Ice Sports Center's website!
The North Alabama Railroad Museum is holding "Peter Cottontail rides" on April 3. There will be five departure times: 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.
The Rocket City Trash Pandas are holding a 5k race and a fun run at Toyota Field on April 3. The 5k race will start at 8 a.m. and the fun run will begin at 9:30 a.m. Fun Run participants ages 12 and younger will be able to participate in an Easter Egg Hunt too!
Day-of registration costs $50 for the 5k race and $30 for the fun run.
