Decatur Utilities
Open house and hiring event at its Gas, Water, Wastewater Operations Center on Tuesday, June 25 from 4 to 6 p.m. The Operations Center is located at 105 10th Ave NE in Decatur.
Representatives from Decatur Utilities will be onsite to conduct on-the-spot interviews for candidates interested in multiple Underground Utility Technician positions that DU has open. Minimum age to apply is 18-years-old with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Huntsville Career Fair
Huntsville Career Fair is hosting virtual job fairs on multiple dates, offering opportunities for job seekers.
The upcoming dates are:
- June 6, Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- June 18, Tuesday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- June 24, Monday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

On June 11 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
Jackson Career Center
The Jackson Career Center is hosting a job fair for GD Copper USA. GD Copper USA will be hiring Production operators, Maintenance workers and technicians, Quality workers and technicians, Electrical workers, Warehouse workers, Crane and Forklift workers and administrative staff.
The job fair will be held on Wednesday, June 12 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Thomasville Civic Center.
