HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Happening today, Texas Roadhouse restaurants will donate 100% of their profits to the Kerry and Gary Challenge and the ALS Association. This is the second annual campaign challenge between former Auburn Basketball player, Gary Godfrey, and former Alabama Running Back, Kerry Goode, who both are also fighting Lou Gehrig’s disease, also know as ALS. The two men started this campaign to help raise funds for families in Alabama impacted by the disease. According to the ALS Association, families battling ALS spend $250,000 per year in medical bills.
Texas Roadhouse will give all their profits made between 4 - 10 p.m. on November 28 to help alleviate the financial stress put on people fighting against ALS. For a list of all Texas Roadhouse locations, you can go to www.texasroadhouse.com/location.
