HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Today marked 'National STEM/STEAM Day', and here's an opportunity for your kids to learn more about STEM and STEAM in the Rocket City.
The U.S. Space & Rocket Center is now offering its "Museum Shuttle Experiences". Kids get to hop on board simulators and learn about space camp missions and real missions too.
"Everyday is STEM and STEAM Day here at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center. You know we have an opportunity to bring folks in and show the incredible things that have been accomplished through STEM. But we also have the ability through STEAM to be able to ignite people's imaginations. Ignite our children who come to space camp," says Senior Director of Communications Pat Ammons.
