HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — At just after midnight on Sunday, Huntsville Police responded to the corner of Memorial Parkway and Sparkman Drive.
The passenger and the driver, Alicison Moore, allegedly got into an argument.
The 65-year-old passenger left the vehicle and Moore ran over him.
Moore is charged with leaving the scene of an accident and driving under the influence.
The investigation is ongoing.
