One person was killed and three others taken to the hospital after a bus carrying 19 students and staff from Oakwood University collided into four other vehicles in San Francisco Saturday morning. The bus was carrying members of the Aeolians, a choir group at Oakwood, who travelled to San Francisco to perform a free concert. The crash reportedly happened when the bus driver, who was unable to stop in time, hit the vehicles. A man behind the wheels of a lincoln navigator crashed into the bus and died. The bus caught fire but it was quickly extinguished.
The university tweeted that Oakwood students lost their belongings in the crash. If you want to help, you can. You can donate by texting OAKS to 56512 or by heading to www.give.oakwood.edu.
