A record-breaking catch in South Florida:

Two hunters with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission recently captured a 18-foot Burmese python in Big Cypress National Preserve. The giant snake weighed nearly a hundred pounds!

It’s the second-biggest python ever caught in the wild in Florida. The invasive species is notorious for killing deer, alligators and other wildlife in the state.
