Several state leaders and officials have shared their reactions to the. Here’s the latest:

Governor Kay Ivey

"The people have spoken! A Trump/Vance Administration is a win for every American, and I could not be more optimistic for our future. Now, let’s all come together to make America great again. Congratulations to @realDonaldTrump &  @JDVance on a decisive victory. Let’s get to work!"

Congressman Rep. Robert B. Aderholt (AL-04)

"Congratulations to President Donald J. Trump on being elected President once again. I’m looking forward to working with him again from my position in the House to push through legislation that Makes America Great Again. #45-47"

Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall

"I am thrilled to see our country rediscover tonight what my fellow Alabamians never forgot—our love for the US of A and what made us great to begin with! Alabama will now have a partner, not an antagonist, back in the White House! Let’s go!"

Senator Rep. Tommy Tuberville

"Welcome back Mr. President!"

Lieutenant Governor Will Ainsworth

"It is a brighter day in Alabama and across the nation for everyday Americans who love our country.

Families won last night, businesses and the free market won last night, the economy and future economic prosperity won last night, girls wishing to keep boys out of their sports won last night, lower taxes won last night, less regulations won last night, protecting our border won last night, law and order won last night, and Christian values and anti-woke common sense won last night.

It was a great night for America and the freedoms we embrace. Thank you, Lord."

U.S. Senator Katie Britt (R-Ala.)

“Tuesday was a tremendous victory for our nation. Working with President Trump, a Republican Senate majority is ready to deliver real results and achieve commonsense solutions for the American people. I’m looking forward to getting to work and putting America back on track. Together, we will secure our southern border, grow opportunity and prosperity for hardworking Americans, unleash U.S. energy dominance, restore peace through strength, and put our families back in the driver’s seat. I am confident our best days are ahead of us.”

ALGOP Chairman John Wahl

"November 5th was a historic day for our nation. The people of America spoke clearly, and they have decidedly rejected the radical policies of the Democrat Party and the narrative of the mainstream media. This victory reflects the trust that the American people have in the Republican Party and President Trump to protect our freedoms, secure our borders, and put America first again.

I want to personally congratulate Donald Trump on this remarkable victory. After enduring eight long years of relentless, unfounded attacks and unfair portrayals, this win is especially deserved. It’s not just a triumph for President Trump but it sends a powerful message that the American people saw through the lies and injustice, and that they will not tolerate for the weaponization of our justice system.

I would like to thank every voter, volunteer, and supporter in Alabama who stood by President Trump and showed up to cast their votes. I want to especially thank our volunteers who traveled to key battleground states to help make this victory possible. I am proud that Alabama led the nation when it came to helping in swing states. Our volunteers engaged with over 100,000 voters doing door to door in Georgia and North Carolina, they made phone calls, wrote post cards, and over 200 were poll watchers on election day. Together, we are making our voices heard loud and clear: Alabama stands with President Trump, and we are fighting for the future of our country"
