HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — "Thank you, Clarkie."

With that sentence and a heart emoji, the Huntsville Havoc confirmed the retirement announcement of center Kyle Clarke on Sunday.

Clarke joined up with the Havoc midway through the 2021-22 season as a forward and appeared in a total of 131 games for Huntsville.

The Mississauga, Ontario native racked up 18 points in his first season, 24 in his second, and 35 during his 23-24 run.

The Havoc said in their brief social media statement that Clarke has decided to leave the professional league entirely. There was no indication of his future plans, but he has previously spoken of a desire to "inspire kids of all backgrounds to chase their dreams without boundaries."
