Guyton Wrestling headed to Cedar Falls, Iowa this week to attend a national camp amidst the Covid-19 pandemic.
Jason Guyton is the owner of Guyton Wrestling and has been taking a slow approach to getting back to training with his wrestlers since the past spring.
"I was the last one to follow guidelines when we started back up because I just wanted to see what was going on," Guyton said.
The camp is located in Cedar Falls, Iowa and is known as the Iron Sharpens Iron Team Camp. Athletes are able to compete and learn while also being safe. Temperatures are taken every morning and color coordinated wrist bands are given out to help identify those approved to be in the facilities.
Guyton said, "There's hand sanitizer everywhere, there's cleaning spaces and all type of things around in order to try and prevent any problems."
The campers will return to town on Saturday.
