MADISON, Ala. — The Rocket City Trash Pandas are getting ready for the second homestand of the season, with four games against the Tennessee Smokies from April 25 to 28 at Toyota Field. This series will also be during the Big Ol’ Ballpark Fair.
Following their road series against the Pensacola Blue Wahoos, the Trash Pandas will welcome the Tennessee Smokies for a six-game showdown. Here's a look of what's in store:
Tuesday, April 23 - Trash Pandas vs. Tennessee Smokies:
- Gates open at 5 p.m. (VIP Gates at 4:30 p.m.), with first pitch at 6:05 p.m.
- Reeds Jewelers Ladies Night offers chances for prizes and $5 wine specials
- Reading Program Redemption Day rewards fans completing the Reading with Sprocket program with a free ticket
Wednesday, April 24 - Trash Pandas vs. Tennessee Smokies:
- Gates open at 9:30 a.m., with first pitch at 11:05 a.m.
- Education Day kicks off with presentations and activities
- Trash Pandas outfielder Nelson Rada receives his 2023 Rawlings Gold Glove Award

- The Big Ol’ Ballpark Fair begins, offering free entry for ticket holders
