MADISON, Ala. — The Rocket City Trash Pandas will make an unexpected appearance in the zMAX CARS Tour Series this weekend. Driver Landon Huffman's car will sport the Trash Pandas logo following a controversial on-track incident where he was labeled a 'trash panda' by competitor Andrew Grady.

The incident happened during a CARS Tour race with 65 laps remaining, resulting in Andrew Grady crashing into the wall at the racetrack. In a heated exchange, Grady publicly criticized Huffman, referring to him as a 'trash panda.' The comment quickly gained attention across the racing community, prompting the Trash Pandas to take notice when Huffman tweeted at the baseball team.

On Wednesday, the Trash Pandas responded to the tweet, proposing to feature their logo on Huffman’s car as a playful response. Their tweet read, ‘this professional race car driver got called a "trash panda" by another driver this past weekend, should we put our logo on his car.’
